Role Purpose
Manage and stabilise HR operations through strong coordination, people administration, and governance. This role executes approved HR policies, manages employee relations, and ensures HR processes run accurately and consistently. The focus is operational control, compliance, and effective people administration rather than strategic ownership.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Governance
- Execute approved HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organisation
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave data, and HR documentation
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and trackers
People Administration & Employee Relations
- Manage people administration across the employee lifecycle
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary cases with neutrality and legal accuracy
- Conduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent application of disciplinary procedures
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and internal disciplinary frameworks
Recruitment, Onboarding & PRO Coordination
- Report on recruitment progress and onboarding status in coordination with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, and PRO
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure documentation readiness and induction completion
- Track visa and immigration status through the PRO and flag risks, delays, or compliance issues
- Ensure offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation are issued accurately and on time
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions, and incentives
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Manage health insurance enrollments, renewals, and employee queries
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure completion of offboarding documentation
- Coordinate visa cancellations and final settlements through the PRO and Finance
- Ensure all employee records are closed accurately
Team Management & Reporting Structure
- Manage and supervise individuals within the HR team
- Create and maintain clear reporting structures and role accountability
- Review team outputs and ensure quality and timeliness
- Maintain operational discipline through clear workflows and ownership
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- 5–7 years of HR experience
- Minimum 2 years in an HR managerial or team lead role in Dubai, UAE
- Strong exposure to HR operations, people administration, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance
Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labour laws
- High attention to detail and execution discipline
- Ability to manage people and enforce accountability
- Clear, professional stakeholder communication
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
