Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment and employee relations, manage HR compliance, and implement performance management processes. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, handling payroll, coordinating training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves supporting the leadership team with strategic workforce planning and initiatives aligned with company growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipelines.
• Own HR policies, compliance, documentation, KPI Systems and HR systems.
• Drive employee engagement, performance processes, and development initiatives.
• Support leadership with workforce planning, organization structure, and culture.

Must-Have

• 4+ years in HR, People Ops, or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and UAE HR practices.
• Experience working in the UAE market.
• Strong HR processes, compliance, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Prior HR experience in the hospitality or food services industry is required.
• Fluency in English and Hindi required.
