Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labor Law and best practices
- Manage performance management systems, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, compensation, and benefits administration
- Manage HR operations across multi-entity or group company structures
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR support to management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager
- Strong and well-rounded background in Human Resources Management
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- High level of emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications such as CIPD and/or SHRM are an advantage
- Leadership Style: Hands-on leader with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a compliance-driven approach
- Very good communication skills in English, Arabic will be an advantage.
