This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the recruitment process, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. Other responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance evaluations, training and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. The HR Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to a positive, productive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Knowledge of Training, Development Programs, and Career Planning
• Understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Documentation practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate or related industries
