The HR & Administrative Affairs Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resource and administrative strategies that support the organization's goals. This role manages workforce planning, employee development, performance management, employee relations, and administrative operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization. The position supports senior management, maintains HR and administrative systems, and ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
Planning workforce needs and identifying training needs.
Designing performance appraisal systems.
Maintaining healthy employeremployee relationships.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Designing salary structures and incentive plans.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Advising management on HR-related issues Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program, including managing payroll, health benefits, leave policies, and employee incentives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
Handling grievances and disciplinary issues.
Maintain and manage HR-related ERP systems, ensuring accurate employee data, reports, and seamless HR operations.
Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
Handling government relations and compliance matters.
Handle HR processes on governmental platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Proven experience of no less than six years in human resource.
Strong proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback in a constructive manner.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
