Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Management

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and business objectives.

Participate in workforce planning and identify future staffing needs.

Support organizational development initiatives and improve HR processes.

Recruitment and Talent Management

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.

Performance Management

Develop and oversee the implementation of performance management systems.

Align individual performance objectives with organizational strategic goals.

Provide guidance to managers to improve employee performance and productivity.

Training and Development

Identify training needs across departments.

Develop and implement employee training and development programs.

Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.

Employee Relations

Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns or conflicts.

Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.

Ensure compliance with workplace ethics and professional conduct.

Compensation and Benefits

Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct market benchmarking for salary competitiveness.

Oversee employee incentives, rewards, and recognition programs.

HR Operations and Systems

Oversee HR systems and ensure their efficient utilization.

Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.

Legal Compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee employment contracts and employee documentation.

Coordinate with government entities and regulatory authorities when required.

Organizational Development

Lead organizational change initiatives when implementing new policies or systems.

Support organizational structuring and workforce optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or PHR are preferred.
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in Human Resources, including managerial experience.
