As we strengthen our presence in Dubai and continue to support new and ongoing offshore projects, we are looking for a dedicated HR Manager who can drive people strategies, lead HR operations, and serve as a cultural ambassador for OCS.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Champion HR operations for both offshore and onshore teams, ensuring every process aligns with global best practices and local standards.
- Drive compliancebe the expert on Dubai employment law, labor requirements, immigration regulations, and company policies to ensure we operate with integrity and confidence.
- Be our representative for all employee matters with external authorities, including the Ministry of Labor, Labor Inspectorate, and local unionsyour impact will be felt inside and outside the organization.
- Collaborate with managers to lead talent reviews and employee development, optimize performance processes, and continually improve HR systems that power our success.
- Cultivate a thriving workplace by promoting healthy employee relations and maintaining open, clear communication channels across our teams.
- Shape organizational growth by supporting workforce planning, development, and aligning HR strategies to our ambitious business goals.
- Drive recruitment excellencepartner with our Talent Acquisition team to oversee recruitment, pre-screening, onboarding, training coordination, and exit procedures for both national and expatriate staff.
- Oversee offshore logistics including rotation planning, travel arrangements, visas, seaman's book, hotel accommodations, and certification management to keep our teams moving smoothly.
- Manage essential HR recordsmaintain personnel files, timesheets, vacation schedules, absence tracking, and support payroll coordination for accuracy and compliance.
- Stay ahead of market trends by providing actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and regulatory changes to our Compensation & Benefits and Corporate HR teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive Experience: Bring at least 10 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas or related sectors, with a track record of navigating complex operational environments.
- Comprehensive HR Expertise: Well-versed in the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and payroll to performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
- International Exposure: Prior experience in offshore operations and working within diverse, multinational teams is a strong advantage.
- Regulatory Acumen: Deep understanding of UAE labor laws, health & safety standards, and HR compliance to ensure operational excellence.
- Engaged Leadership: Proactive, reliable, and approachable leader with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cross-Cultural Agility: Comfortable collaborating with colleagues from varied backgrounds and fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace.
- High Integrity: Demonstrates absolute professionalism, trustworthiness, and discretion in all HR matters.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluent in Englishspoken and written.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
