Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processesfor both blue- and white-collar roles., and fostering a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handle employee relations, and support employee development initiatives. This role also requires implementing performance management systems and facilitating training programs to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management, People Management, and Employee Relations skills
• Proficient in recruitment and talent acquisition for both blue- and white-collar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and HR policies
• Experience with Performance Management and Training Development frameworks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, and handle conflict resolution effectively
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the travel or transportation industry is an advantage
