Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Abu Dhabi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department's operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management. Key responsibilities encompass managing employee relations, designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing training and development, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. The role also involves evaluating employee engagement and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's goals.

• Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• In-depth knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance requirements
• Excellent Employee Relations management and Performance Management skills
• Proficiency in Training and Development strategies and implementation
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR teams and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are an advantage
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a strong plus
