About the Role
Our client, a well-established and highly reputed real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in HR management within the UAE real estate sector. The ideal candidate will lead the HR function across the organization, oversee end-to-end HR operations, and ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks tailored to real estate development operations.
- Partner with senior leadership to support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment for all levels, with focus on property development, sales & marketing, construction, and corporate roles.
- Manage sourcing strategies, offer management, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future real estate projects.
3. Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Oversee HR operations including HR administration, employee files, HRIS management, and PRO coordination.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll, leave management, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
4. Performance Management
- Drive annual performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.
- Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans.
- Support goal setting and competency mapping across departments.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs specific to the real estate industry (sales training, project management, customer service, etc.).
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Build talent development initiatives for leadership and technical teams.
6. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, DIFC/Free Zone laws (as applicable), visa regulations, and HR best practices.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
- Support audits and compliance reporting.
7. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer company compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive C&B practices aligned with the UAE real estate market.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 5 years in the real estate development industry.
- Strong exposure to HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementation.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions for property development, construction, and sales teams.
