Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New Cairo, for a Human Resources Manager with experience in the real estate industry. The primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Additional tasks include managing employee benefits, resolving workplace conflicts, driving engagement programs, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies, compliance, and human resource development strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in the real estate industry or a related field, with knowledge of market-specific regulations and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; additional HR certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
