This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at Premises Investments, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, preparing property listings, and staying updated on market trends to offer expert advice to clients.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales skills along with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Cairo, Egypt
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
• Proficiency with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
