Saudi German Group is hiring HR professional to manage both HR operations and people strategy. The role will partner with leadership to support business objectives while ensuring efficient day-to-day HR execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals
- Support workforce planning, organizational structure, and manpower budgeting
- Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies
- Drive performance management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Promote a strong company culture, engagement, and employee experience
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices support long-term business growth
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, probation, exits)
- Oversee HR administration, employee records, and HR systems
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, offers, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Liaise with payroll and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Support training coordination, performance reviews, and appraisals
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR
- Strong understanding of both strategic HR and operational execution
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
