Job Description

Location: 6th of October

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Establish and enhance HR policies and procedures covering recruitment, training, performance management, and promotions.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Oversee personnel administration, payroll, compensation, benefits, and social insurance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant employment regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance work environment.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning frameworks.
  • Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience and at least 3 years experience as HR Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
