Job Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS

Direct and coordinate the human resources management activities of the organization to maximize

the strategic utilization of human resources while maintaining functions such as compensation,

recruitment, employee policies, and regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, including workforce

planning, employee selection, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, performance

evaluation, and statistical analysis reporting.

2. Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs based on training needs

analysis, and implement the annual training plan.

3. Facilitate industrial relations, internal activities, inquiries, complaint handling, discipline, and

consultations, including enforcing company rules and regulations by fostering discipline and

professional harmony at all employee levels.

4. Coordinate recruitment, screen candidates for managerial positions, conduct interviews

alongside relevant department managers; review and assess department classification requests for

suitability; assist management in budgeting for salaries, bonuses, and staffing requirements.

5. Oversee various employee affairs procedures including but not limited to recruitment,

performance planning, promotions, and transfer/reassignment schedules.

6. Build and maintain strong public relations, especially with governmental entities.

7. Provide leadership by demonstrating exemplary behavior at work.

8. Participate in the performance management system through regular performance reviews with

the direct supervisors of employees.

9. Provide training to direct subordinates.

10. Conduct regular meetings with direct reports as a means of communicating information and

receiving feedback.

11. Actively encourage supervised employees to participate in any employee engagement programs,

such as the Safety and Health Committee and sports club activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1.Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the same field.

2.Good computer skills and proficiency in English.
