Responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS, and Saudization.
- Oversee payroll and compensation functions.
- Manage HR team and supervise HR Supervisors/Officers.
- Drive talent management initiatives, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Provide strategic HR insights and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as HR Manager or senior HR role in Saudi Arabia.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS, and Saudization regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred.
