Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Human Resources professional. Daily responsibilities include managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The role further involves fostering a positive workplace culture, optimizing employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with Mondus Properties goals and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing employee benefits and handling Personnel Management tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations in the UAE
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and foster positive employee relations
  • 5+ Years experience in the real estate.
