Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Officer to join our company- AB DEVELOPERS. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing workforce operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting overall employee performance and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulate and manage employee vacation schedules across all departments
  • Oversee payroll processing, salaries, and related adjustments
  • Manage deductions, penalties, and disciplinary procedures
  • Handle employee attendance and absence tracking (including labor workforce)
  • Manage recruitment processes including hiring and termination procedures
  • Conduct employee investigations and handle workplace issues professionally
  • Oversee employee resignations and exit procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate monthly sales team performance
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented and maintained in line with company standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
