We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Officer to join our company- AB DEVELOPERS. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing workforce operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting overall employee performance and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulate and manage employee vacation schedules across all departments
- Oversee payroll processing, salaries, and related adjustments
- Manage deductions, penalties, and disciplinary procedures
- Handle employee attendance and absence tracking (including labor workforce)
- Manage recruitment processes including hiring and termination procedures
- Conduct employee investigations and handle workplace issues professionally
- Oversee employee resignations and exit procedures
- Monitor and evaluate monthly sales team performance
- Ensure HR policies are implemented and maintained in line with company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
