Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management: End-to-end processing of monthly salaries via WPS (Wages Protection System).
Final Settlement: Accurate calculation of End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and gratuity in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law.
Compliance: Ensuring all HR activities align with the UAE Labor Law and its latest amendments.
Insurance & Benefits: Managing medical insurance renewals, claims, and employee enrollment.
Leave Management: Tracking annual leaves, sick leaves, and other entitlements.
Documentation: Handling employee certificates (Salary Certificates, NOCs) and maintaining organized digital/physical files.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years of solid HR experience within the UAE.
Knowledge: Expert knowledge of the UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and HRMS software.
