HR Officer / HR Operations Specialist

Dubai, UAE | Full-time (Onsite or Remote)

Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000

This is not a routine HR role it is an opportunity to shape the HR function of a growing technology services company.

Role Overview

The HR Officer will play a critical role in supporting EVOLTEC's expansion by managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition coordination, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.

You will work closely with leadership, operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure we attract, onboard, and retain top technical talent while maintaining efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
  • Support hiring for technical roles such as cloud engineers, DevOps consultants, cybersecurity specialists, and resident engineers
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn and professional networks
  • Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and external partners

HR Operations

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a seamless employee experience
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Administer probation reviews, confirmations, and employment changes
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
  • Coordinate visa processing, medical insurance, and employee benefits
  • Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and internal governance frameworks
  • Support audits and vendor compliance requirements when needed

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees
  • Promote a positive, professional, and performance-driven culture
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies

What We're Looking For

Required

36 years of HR experience, preferably within IT services, consulting, or outsourcing environments

Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices

Experience supporting technical recruitment

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company

Excellent communication skills in English

Highly Preferred

Experience hiring IT or engineering talent

Familiarity with multi-country or remote workforce models

Exposure to HR process building or company scale-ups

Experience working with VMS/MSP programs is a plus
