Dubai, operating across Jumeirah and Manara.
Role Description
Green Grass Nursery is seeking a Human Resources Officer to take full ownership of HR
operations across the organisation.
This is an execution-focused role, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring
compliance with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021), and maintaining
operational efficiency across all HR functions.
The HR Officer will be responsible for implementing HR systems, managing recruitment
pipelines, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring timely handling of all HR
matters, including onboarding, performance tracking, and disciplinary processes.
The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with full accountability for delivery, follow-
up, and completion of all HR activities in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance,
- offboarding)
- Execute and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations
- Ensure full compliance with labour law, MOHRE requirements, and internal policies
- Manage recruitment pipelines end-to-end, from sourcing to hiring
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, contracts, and employee files
- Support performance management processes, including tracking and addressing
- underperformance
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and internal HR matters
- Implement and maintain HR systems and reporting structures
- Provide regular HR reports and updates to management
- Identify operational and compliance gaps and ensure timely resolution through
- structured HR improvements
- Work stratigically in improving the HR cycle and the
- Support the development and execution of HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Translate business needs into practical HR action plans and workforce requirements
- Identify workforce risks and propose proactive HR solutions
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support management decision-making
- Contribute to organisational structure planning and role optimisation
- Support employee retention and engagement initiatives aligned with company goals
Qualifications Required
- 5–10 years of HR experience within the UAE
- Proven experience in HR systems/software with strong operational exposure
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements
- Experience in policy implementation, employee relations, and HR documentation
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Ability to identify operational and compliance gaps and implement corrective actions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the education or early childhood sector is an advantage
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD (Level 3 or above), SHRM, or equivalent is
- preferred
- Strong practical knowledge of MOHRE regulations and WPS compliance is required
