Open Position: HR Officer - Arabic Speaker
Position Overview:
The HR Officer will be responsible for manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination and coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
- Administer and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, onboarding records, and employee files.
- Liaise with PROs, government entities, and external agencies for visa processing, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Manage leave administration and attendance tracking, ensuring accurate payroll inputs.
- Prepare, review, and validate payroll inputs, including salary components, deductions, and adjustments, to ensure timely payroll execution.
- Coordinate with the finance team and external payroll service providers to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely salary processing.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with UAE labor law.
- Handle employee relations matter professionally and confidentially.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate data entry, employee records, and reporting.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics as required by management.
- Provide general administration support.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience as HR Administrator or HR Officer, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient in HR software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
