About the role:
Reporting into the Head of HR and working alongside the CEO you will be responsible for implementing and aligning HR goals to fit with business needs and objectives. This position will formulate partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added services to management and employees.
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and processes in line with organizational objectives that will support the strategic growth of the business
- Develop HR policies and practices and ensuring alignment with the businesses clients
- Assist in the planning of the businesses long-term goals to enhance and develop both the HR function and also its employees
- Assist in the roll out of all HR initiatives, such as talent and succession, performance reviews and annual compensation reviews
- Provide day to day HR services to the company, including recruitment, on-boarding and off- boarding, learning and development, employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits
- Identify gaps, propose solutions and implement necessary changes
- Ensure and maintain accurate HRIS data and provide regular data reports
- Undertake periodical audits of HRIS data
- Lead and manage the people management annual agenda
- Reviewing and amending employee benefits and policies on a regular basis
- Analyze employees feedback and strategize ways to improve employee's engagement and needs
- Dealing with any miscellaneous HR tasks.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR officer role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to develop practical and innovative HR solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of credibility, integrity, and professionalism, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience across multiple HR functional areas, particularly employee relations, organizational development, and change management
- Proven ability to implement new processes and build strong, collaborative working relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
- Strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at all times
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining composure and effectiveness
