We are seeking an experienced International HR Operations Manager to oversee HR operations across the company's international markets. The role will ensure that HR policies, procedures, employment contracts, systems, reporting, and workforce practices are compliant with local labor laws while remaining aligned with the Group's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set objectives for international HR teams and monitor progress against agreed targets.
- Track HR KPIs across international markets, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Monitor HR systems in international locations and ensure data accuracy, system updates, and compliance with local requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on international HR costs, workforce data, and operational performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and update HR policies and procedures for each country in line with local labor laws and company direction.
- Ensure consistent and effective implementation of company HR policies across international locations.
- Review and update employment contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Review, approve, and adjust international HR operations budgets in coordination with Finance.
- Act as an internal advisor to managers and employees in international markets on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and labor regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, labor law, and HR processes in a timely and professional manner.
- Recommend new HR programs, tools, and systems to support employees across international locations, including performance review tools and learning platforms.
- Improve international HR processes, workflows, and procedures to increase efficiency and governance.
- Coordinate with governmental, legal, and regulatory authorities in international markets to ensure full compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in human resources, preferably with exposure to international HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and relevant HR regulations; knowledge of international labor practices is preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, employment contracts, and HR governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms, HR databases, reporting tools, and employee data management.
- Strong ability to prepare and analyze HR financial and operational reports.
- Experience managing HR budgets, costs, and operational performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong communication, advisory, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
