What We're Looking For:
- 812 years of HR experience
- Strong background in HR Operations & Audits
- Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation
- Full ownership of the payroll cycle (end-to-end)
- Solid understanding of compliance & labor regulations
- Experience in reporting, dashboards & data analysis
- Exposure to performance management is a plus
- Basic experience in recruitment
- Background in manufacturing / industrial sectors is a must
Role Scope:
- Lead and enhance HR operational processes
- Ensure compliance and governance across all HR functions
- Drive system improvements and automation initiatives
- Manage and develop a small HR team
- Partner with leadership to support business objectives
