We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and enhance core HR operational functions within a leading real estate organization in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance with UAE labour regulations, and a seamless employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and processes are consistently implemented and compliant with UAE labour laws
• Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and HR systems management
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and HR service delivery
• Manage HR data, reporting, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal governance standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices
• Experience working with HRIS systems and HR process optimization
• Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
