Ensure regular and open communication is maintained with Department heads, clients and candidates to ensure all stakeholders are updated on application and on-boarding status.
Maintaining SLAs with consultants and Clients
Responsible for Payroll inputs from client
Aware with the systems (Mudad, QIWA, GOSI, MOL, COC, MOFA,etc..)
Responsible for government relation services like iqama renewal, exit re-entry visa, chamber of commerce, GOSI payments, etc
Maintaining client relationship.
Responsible for Medical Insurance (Renewal ,enrolment, invoices verification, deletion, upgrade, etc
To collaborate across the business and with other HR partners to drive a high-performance team environment and accelerate business growth.
Ensure that all the requests from employees and client-end are adhered to within the set TAT.
Guiding (induction) with candidates regarding the on-boarding process for the smooth and successful on-boarding.
Responsible for and file maintenance of Employees including Employment contracts.
