Responsibilities:
Handle all personnel activities including hiring documentation, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
Prepare and manage employee files in compliance with labor law and internal policies.
Manage social insurance procedures, medical insurance, and government-related transactions.
Follow up on attendance, leaves, vacations, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare HR letters, warnings, confirmations, and official correspondence.
Support payroll inputs by providing accurate personnel data and updates.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries related to personnel matters.
Coordinate with other HR functions such as Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning & Development.
Maintain and update HR systems and databases with accurate employee information.
Participate in audits and provide required HR documentation when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Personnel / HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
