Job Description

The HR Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities to ensure efficient and compliant HR service delivery. This role supervises HR processes including employee lifecycle management, HR systems, payroll coordination, and policy implementation while driving continuous improvement in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and services
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contracts, transfers, and offboarding
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and validate data in collaboration with Finance
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and processes
  • Lead and develop HR operations team members, ensuring high performance and service quality
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations
  • Manage employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or operations-focused role
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and payroll processes
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
