ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment HR Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple markets. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about talent acquisition, coordination, and process excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, ensuring timely progress and data accuracy.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support final recruitment stages, including case study coordination, reference checks, and offer preparation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous learning.
  • Confident using MS Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
