ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment HR Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple markets. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about talent acquisition, coordination, and process excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, ensuring timely progress and data accuracy.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the applicant tracking system.
- Support final recruitment stages, including case study coordination, reference checks, and offer preparation.
- Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous learning.
- Confident using MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
