Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for organizing and coordinating all activities related to interactions with various government entities (such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Labor, and Muqeem). Ensures the company operates in full compliance with local laws and regulations. This role also involves monitoring changes in government policies and laws, and advising management on how to address legal updates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on renewals of licenses, commercial registrations, work permits, and residency permits (Iqama).
  • Represent the company at governmental departments such as: (Jawazat), (MOHRSD), (GOSI) and Chamber of Commerce.
  • Submit government applications through platforms like Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
  • Managing and following up on all transactions and procedures with government entities.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with laws and regulations issued by official authorities.
  • Complete procedures for entry and exit visas, residency permits (Iqama), work permits, and sponsorship transfers.
  • Follow up on employee-related cases with relevant authorities such as the police, Passport Office (Jawazat), and the Ministry of Labor.
  • Monitor and follow up on employment contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Specialized in Government Relations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with government platforms.
  • Thorough knowledge of local laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
