Responsibilities:

Daily HR Operations Management:

  • Address employee inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Manage employee records and data.

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on company policies.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

HR System Management:

  • Work with the HR management system to monitor attendance and clock-in/out times.
  • Record and manage leave requests and track leave balances for employees.

Insurance and Onboarding:

  • Liaise with insurance organization and handle the preparation of documentation for hiring and resignation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
