Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and implementing HR strategies, maintaining compliance with employment laws, supporting employee relations, overseeing recruitment, and addressing HR-specific inquiries or concerns. The HR Specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective people management throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources practices, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to positively contribute to team dynamics and promote organizational culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar HR role, especially within the engineering or corporate sector, is an asset
