Human Resources Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with the Social Insurance Authority and Labor Office.
- Process employee registration (Form 1), resignation/termination (Form 6), and status updates (Form 2).
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law regarding work permits, contracts, safety regulations, and periodic audits.
- Manage industrial injury reporting, medical insurance coordination, and legal insurance paperwork.
- Handle periodic Labor Office inspections at the Ain Sokhna plant and support compliance across project sites.
- Monitor and record daily attendance, punctuality, and shifts using biometric/fingerprint systems or manual logs.
- Process and track all employee leave requests (annual, sick, unpaid, emergency) in line with company policies.
- Calculate overtime hours and deductions to prepare accurate monthly inputs for payroll.
- Maintain up-to-date physical and digital attendance and leave balance records.
- Monitor daily vehicle movements, routing, and usage for company cars, trucks, and site transportation.
- Coordinate vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption, driver schedules, and routine maintenance/repairs.
- Ensure all vehicles have valid registration, insurance, and licenses required for travel between sites.
- Travel as needed to support projects in the New Administrative Capital, El Dabaa, and other nationwide company locations.
- Standardize HR administrative processes and attendance records across remote project sites.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR Administration, Personnel, or Site Operations (preferably in manufacturing or construction).
- Job Location in Ain Sokhna
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS/Attendance software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of mobility and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Languages: Fluent Arabic; intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
