• Responsibilities

●Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

●Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.

●Handle employee onboarding, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.

●Monitor attendance, vacations, leaves, and employee records.

●Support performance appraisal and kpI processes

● Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.

● Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

• Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or Service industry.

● Strong knowledge of recruitment and personnel functions.

● Good understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance procedures.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

● Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.

● Fluency in English is required.

● Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is a plus.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
