To support the HR Business Partner in executing and maintaining effective people management processes across the organization. The role is responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and time and attendance monitoring. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational HR excellence, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline, particularly for pharmaceutical manufacturing roles.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies when necessary and monitor their effectiveness.
- Conduct reference checks, prepare offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Deliver induction and orientation sessions to ensure new employees are well integrated into company culture, policies, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with managers on role-specific onboarding plans and follow up on completion.
- HR policies and procedures
- Organize and maintain all HR-related documentation and employee records to ensure accurate tracking, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Assist in writing, updating, and organizing HR policies and procedures in coordination with the HRBP.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and Egyptian labor law.
- Time & Attendance Management
- Monitor and follow up on employees time and attendance records.
- Support payroll by submitting requited transactions in line with company deadlines.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support in handling disciplinary and grievance issues in alignment with company policy and labor law.
- Conduct regular site and plant visits to meet employees, understand their needs, and ensure HR support is accessible.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and communication initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
- Performance Management
- Coordinate the performance management process by tracking goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
- Support in training employees and managers on the performance system and ensuring timely submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of HR generalist experience, including talent acquisition and employee life cycle, within a manufacturing pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
