Job Description

Title: HR Specialist

Location: Riyadh – Al Hamra District

Start Date: Immediate start or within 1 month

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations in alignment with Saudi labor regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with KSA regulations and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee data for management review (e.g., headcount, turnover, Saudization tracking).
  • Handle employee requests related to HR services (letters, contracts, leave balances, etc.).
  • Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance, ensuring accuracy of employee data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain compliant status with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem for employee-related transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and support related reporting.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with KSA HR/government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
