Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee daily HR functions, including managing employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the recruitment process. The role will involve administering employee benefits, assisting in performance management, handling employee relations, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
  • 4-5 years working experience
  • Strong skills in HR Management and Personnel Management
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
