Role Description

This is a Part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee a variety of HR-related functions, including recruiting, employee relations, policy implementation, and benefits administration. Responsibilities include managing personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting the development of talent acquisition strategies, and contributing to a positive workplace culture through effective HR practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources, HR Management, and Personnel Management.
• Strong understanding and experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits structures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR-related compliance is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience in HR within a technology or social media environment is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience using digital tools for engagement, rewards, or performance tracking.
