This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Riyadh. The responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Specialist will also support effective HR management by facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives while upholding company standards and culture.

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management
• Expertise in managing Employee Benefits programs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws is a plus
