A leading contracting company is seeking to hire an experienced HR who can handle full HR functions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, sourcing, and hiring processes

Handle personnel affairs and maintain employee records

Oversee payroll and compensation processes

Contribute to Organizational Development (OD) initiatives

Conduct job analysis, job descriptions, and organizational structuring

Develop and update internal policies and procedures

Monitor training and employee development programs

Manage benefits and compensation systems

Support HR strategic planning activities

Requirements:

2–4 years of relevant HR experience

Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations

Proficiency in Excel (ERP knowledge is a plus)

Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple HR functions
