Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the construction or civil engineering sector, with a solid understanding of UAE labour laws, recruitment practices, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for construction and civil engineering positions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Handle employment contracts, work permits, visa documentation, and employee records.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.
• Coordinate payroll, leave administration, and end-of-service benefits.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience in the construction or civil engineering sector.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and visa administration.
• Experience with MOHRE systems and e-services is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS and payroll software is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
