Job Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in New Cairo. The role involves managing HR operations, payroll processes, implementing HR policies, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and personnel records
  • Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, and deductions
  • Maintain employee benefits and compensation records
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee inquiries and HR documentation
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 24 years of HR experience, including payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and labor laws
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems is preferred
