Job Vacancy #HR_Specialist

Osool Housing and Development is seeking to hire an HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team at the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee files and ensure personnel data is accurate and up to date.
  • Handle employee data entry, review, and updates on HR systems.
  • Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leaves, and prepare related HR reports.
  • Participate in recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and hiring reports.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance across departments.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding employee affairs and HR requirements.
  • Support performance management, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
  • Maintain full confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines.

Obour City

Working Hours:

From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
