Osool Housing and Development is seeking to hire an HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team at the head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee files and ensure personnel data is accurate and up to date.
- Handle employee data entry, review, and updates on HR systems.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leaves, and prepare related HR reports.
- Participate in recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and hiring reports.
- Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance across departments.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding employee affairs and HR requirements.
- Support performance management, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Maintain full confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Very good command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines.
