Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Specialist to oversee and support the full spectrum of HR activities across all types of staffing at QHSSE PLATFORM, including full-time employees, part-time consultants, freelance experts, and strategic partners. The role is critical in ensuring that the company maintains optimal staff levels with contingency and recovery plans, while also ensuring compliance, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement practices are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all types of staffing: full-time, part-time, freelance, and partnership-based.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Post vacancies, filter candidates, schedule interviews, and issue job offers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes across all employment types.

2. Workforce Planning & Coverage
  • Maintain a clear and updated record of staff levels across departments.
  • Ensure business continuity by developing and updating backup and recovery plans.
  • Monitor capacity utilization and support cross-functional manpower balancing as needed.

3. Employee Records & Compliance
  • Maintain organized and confidential records for all employees, freelancers, and partners.
  • Ensure employment contracts are signed, renewed, and archived according to labor laws.
  • Handle insurance, social security, and regulatory documentation as applicable.

4. HR Operations & Systems
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and documentation in collaboration with Finance.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's HR software tools and dashboards.

5. Engagement, Communication & Culture
  • Assist in executing internal HR initiatives including surveys, performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and engagement programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from team members across Egypt and remote offices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a B2B company or service-oriented business.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, contracts, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (HRMS or ATS systems is a plus).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and staffing types simultaneously.
