SACR Real Estate is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist with strong experience in real estate recruitment, headhunting, and payroll management. You will play a key role in building SACR Egypt's core team and ensuring smooth HR operations during this exciting expansion phase.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, leadership, and operational roles
• Manage payroll cycles, attendance, and employee records
• Build talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR experience
• Previous experience in real estate headhunting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment
