Job Description

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
  • Assist in recruitment processes including CV screening and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Support HR documentation and employee files management
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and internal communications
  • Provide general support to the HR team on different HR initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field
