HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for entry-level roles and support hiring for mid and senior positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and relocation processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Deliver new hire orientation and monitor training completion (Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, developers).
  • Support performance review cycles and payroll documentation.
  • Prepare HR documents such as NOCs and salary certificates.
  • Maintain employee records in the HR system.
  • Manage visa renewals and cancellations.
  • Act as the main contact for HR queries and provide HR support to the Group CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration preferred) and HR qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
